Basic Hotel Booking
NO FEE
If you already know where you want to stay, send us your dates, guest details, and preferred room type and we’ll handle the booking on your behalf!
Why not book it yourself? For the same price you’ll find online, your reservation will be VIP’ed with top-tier service and complimentary perks (when applicable).
If you’d like recommendations for outstanding hotels, let us know your vision and we’ll send you up to three options to review at no charge.

Custom Itinerary Creation
$250
(up to 4 travelers and 2 weeks)
We’ll create a custom itinerary with your personal interests in mind. All lodging, tours, transportation, activities, and restaurant reservations are handpicked according to your interests!
This service includes a consultation call, one custom itinerary proposal with up to 3 edits*, access to a personalized itinerary app, and an optional pre-departure call to go over final details. Note that flights are not included, but can be coordinated for an additional $50 fee per passenger.

Complex Bookings
$350+
Pricing is subject to the complexity of each inquiry for specialized bookings such as group trips, long-term travel, and specialized niche travel.
We can also assist with bachelor/bachelorette parties, private jet charters, yacht charters, villa rentals, sporting events, music festivals, and more!

Additional Information
Note that any requests for travel within the next 14 days will incur a $100 rush fee.
All planning fees are nonrefundable and will be due after the initial consultation call.
We reserve the right to modify planning fees according to the nature of each inquiry. Any and all charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
